To realize the next big projects, we work extensively with each other, understanding each other's needs and focused on one common goal. Directors, managers, designers, buyers, accounting, logistics, service, sales, marketing and others - we all work together to achieve this goal. Our intention is to make energy-efficient, reliable installations that benefit our customers.
And so we have been operating together for a decade. And there are times when we have known each other much longer than the 10 years of our company. Together we enjoy successes and celebrate team members' birthdays. Employment in SMG Silesia often turns out to be a job for many years.
